Liu Ying is a Ph.D. student in the Northwest A&F University and Tea Research Institute in Xianyang, China. She has joined the lab and is planning to stay for one year expanding her work on the FRUITFULL gene from tea plants. While Valencia is a bit less fun these corona days, we hope that Ying has a great time among us and we would like to welcome her warmly.
